To make PPM even easier, we’ve built the Roundhouse UK PPM Web Extension Maintenance Scheduler – a simple, free web‑browser extension for Firefox that lets you plan and submit maintenance tasks directly to our team.

What the PPM Web Extension add‑on does

Our PPM Web Extension maintenance scheduler lets you:

List your assets and tasks – record each piece of equipment or area that needs attention and describe the work required.
Set the frequency – choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months or Yearly intervals to match the typical maintenance cycles (for example, roof and gutter inspections every 6–12 months, render cleaning every 12–24 months.
Select the next maintenance date – pick the exact date your next service should be booked.
Add your contact details – include your name, phone number, company and job role so we know who to contact.
Send the schedule to Roundhouse UK – when you’re ready, click Submit Schedule; your default email client opens with all the details pre‑filled and addressed to maintenance@roundhouseuk.com.

How to use the PPM Web Extension

Install the add‑on from Firefox’s Add‑ons Marketplace.
After installation, click the Roundhouse UK icon in your browser toolbar.
Fill in your name, contact number, company and job role.
Add each asset and task, set a frequency and choose a next maintenance date.
Click Submit Schedule. An email to maintenance@roundhouseuk.com will be composed automatically with your schedule in CSV format. Review the details and hit send.
Our team will review your plan, confirm your booking and build a maintenance programme that suits your site.

Your data is stored locally in your browser until you choose to submit; you can return to the scheduler any time to update entries before sending.
